The free version is a WordPress plugin, installed from WordPress.org or from our Download page. There is no free plan in the cloud. The iOS and Android apps are included in every paid plan; the app shows the modules in your plan.

Same price on your own server
The per-person price is the same either way, and the plugin on your own server has no minimum number of people. Updates, support and Wallet are the same too. AI runs on your company's own Anthropic key in both cases; that usage is paid to Anthropic.

How are active employees counted?

Employees with a published card are counted. People who have left, draft cards and people not yet invited are not.

What about people who join or leave during the year?

On annual plans, employees added during the year are billed pro rata for the remaining period; leavers drop off from the next period.

Does the free version have limits?

There is no user or time limit. AI card scanning runs only with your explicit consent: 30 card reads and 10 company enrichments are free in the first 30 days; after that you can continue with your own Anthropic API key.

How do we pay?

In Türkiye by credit card or bank transfer, with an e-invoice. Elsewhere by credit card.

Do business cards stop working if the licence ends?

No. Business cards, QR codes and wallet passes keep working while the admin screens are locked. Data export and privacy requests are always available.

Can we change plans?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference is charged pro rata. Downgrades take effect from the next period.
